Its 5 O'Clock Somewhere

The song Its Five O'Clock Somwehere performed by Jimmy Buffett and Alan Jackson started this. I started wondering where exactly it was 5 O'Clock if the song were played at some odd time not exactly on the hour. If you strictly obey timezones the song would be accurate 4/60 times it was played, and during the song's approximate 4 minute duration it could only be accurate at best for 1/4 of that. This is something that I thought of and was just bored enough to code.
I'm not really that precise. I understand that the point of the song is to relax. This is probably the strictest interpretation of time ever placed on what is essentially "miller time." Anytime after work is done counts for 5 o'clock. I get all that. Also I am pretty sure that, aside from using this excuse to party, time zone calculations and contemplating earth rotation are strictly forbidden in Margaritaville.
On the other extreme some may notice that I do not account for a 23.5 degree tilt of the earth against the elliptical plane. Solar days vary. If you ignore timezones...blah blah. This is a joke, see paragraph 2.
